Our client, a leading organisation in their field, is looking for a dynamic Marketing and Communications Assistant to join them. Based in their prestigious London head office, the successful candidate will provide project and diary support to the Director and wider MarComms team. Monday - Friday - 09.00 - 5.15
Office-based in London
Key Responsibilities
- Admin support including diary management for the Director and coordinating team meetings.
- Setting up new suppliers, raising POs and processing invoices in line with budgets.
- Overseeing marketing databases.
- Researching & organising opportunities for team building and development.
- Content creation, including supporting creation of online pages and corporate webpage optimisation.
- Editing and creating PowerPoint presentations.
- Project planning and delivery.
- Event coordination - planning and execution of internal and external events.
- Assisting with production of sales collateral.
Key Skills
- 1-2 years' experience in Marketing/ MarComms.
- Experience of working with external agencies.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and presentation tools including Indesign & PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Highly organised, proactive and ability to prioritise.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate with people at all levels.
- Team player with a 'hands-on' collaborative approach.
- Agile with the ability to adapt.
