A Bit About Us
Beavertown began life in a tiny BBQ joint in Haggerston, North London - 11 years on and we are brewing a staggering 90 million pints a year, designing our own clothing ranges, hosting national music festivals and even designing the official videos for mega famous rock bands.
And that’s just the start!
The Role
In this role, you’ll evolve our approach to social media – ideating and executing different, unique, interesting, and entertaining ideas that match both our bold ambition and creative difference.
You’ll understand how brands can use imaginative thinking in social – doing things that others shy away from – and be able to showcase your successful track-record of doing this for other brands.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop, shape and implement Social Strategy - to be delivered across all aspects of Beavertown’s social media channels.
- Ensure alignment of all editorial activity from Beavertown’s owned channels – ensuring a consistent tone and point of view across all output.
- Maximise any opportunities for the brand to play within our audience’s world (culture) – with proactive and reactive approaches – to get us in the right place at right time.
- Make sure social supports key brand campaign activity – turning wider strategic thinking into best practice for channel – delivering the same message in the best way.
- Underpin execution with audience insight and trends - identified through social listening and reporting.
- Take internal teams (and wider) with you to demonstrate the measurable impact of our Social activity and how it answers business objectives.
- Responsible for Social Crisis Management, if something challenging happens.
- Coach, develop and lead a team - setting objectives and behaviours for the team to deliver against.
