As a Marketing Specialist at Fenwick, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our brand presence across key product categories such as fashion, beauty & home.
This is an opportunity to blend creativity with process, managing budgets and fostering partnerships with brands to meet and exceed our category goals. You'll work with targeted communications to grow and retain our customer base within each category, adapting strategies along the way for the best results.
You will develop and manage marketing plans to elevate the customer experience, drive sales, and grow market share. Working closely with teams like Buying & Merchandising, Digital, and Visual Merchandising, you’ll bring a creative and collaborative approach to making category strategies come to life.
In this role, you’ll dive into market insights and competitive research, staying on top of trends and customer preferences to find new ways to connect with our audience. You’ll be hands-on in creating campaign strategies, promotional plans, and customer engagement initiatives that align with business goals. From product launches to seasonal sales, you’ll ensure every category has a well-thought-out marketing plan that brings our brand to life.
What we are looking for in a candidate...
- 1-2 years in marketing, with experience in campaign planning or retail marketing/events and a passion for creative, customer-focused marketing.
- Strong ability to translate data and insights into impactful marketing activities.
- A collaborative approach to working with teams and partners, with the ability to build strong relationships with brands.
- Excellent project management skills, with an eye for detail and the ability to balance multiple priorities.
- An engaging communicator who can convey marketing needs and ideas to diverse teams.
