The role:
You will work with global Distributor markets, to deliver innovative and strategic campaign plans with our International partners, to build sales and awareness of Molton Brown, following business objectives.
What you will do: - Manage global alignment of our visual merchandising (VM) across our global markets:
- Work with local markets to manage regular VM updates to ensure we are always presenting a consistent look and feel globally.
- Manage the localization of Campaign POS/ Visuals – briefing and approving visual changes and translations to ensure consistency across our campaign activation globally.
- Support in launching new Molton Brown Stores/ Wholesale locations – providing visual merchandising guidelines, POS and providing feedback to improve once launched.
- Work across Molton Brown Stores and 3rd party Wholesale.
- Manage the organization and activation of the Distributor Sales and Marketing Program:
- Distribution and allocation of budgets to local markets to lead campaign activation through the use of propping and brand-driven activation items.
- Work with local markets on ordering of the items delivery for campaign execution.
- Support local markets in local campaign in-store activations, in Molton Brown stores and 3rd party Wholesale, through cascading Head Office brand plans. Campaign Activations commonly include: in-store events, GWPs, Promotional Spaces etc. Ensuring the activations are aligned with brand goals.
- Manage daily budget tracking. Report back in and make recommendations following campaign and brand goals.
What you will need:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Marketing qualification required
- Minimum one to two years experience within a luxury brand in a Marketing or Visual Merchandising Role.
- Experience with International Markets an advantage.
