The Role
We are looking for an experience
Marketing and Communications Executive to join the growing team of a leading UK property investment business. As the
Marketing and Communications Executive, you will support the Marketing and Communications Team with the delivery of projects that enhance brand presence and communicates the value proposition to key audiences. You will be responsible for supporting the team to deliver major projects, including events. You will also be responsible for supporting the team with day-to-day marketing activities including managing communications and creating engaging content across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Project/Campaign support: Create and own the campaign calendar to support the coordination and delivery of Major projects and campaigns.
- Content creation: Assist in creating and curating content for our website, social media, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Procurement coordination: Assist in setting up new suppliers, raise purchase orders and process invoices in line with the budget.
- Event management: Manage the events calendar. Assisting in the planning and execution of all events.
- Data and management: Conduct market research to identify trends and gather insights on competitors.
- Team support: Assist with administrative tasks related to marketing and communications projects.
What We Are Looking For
- 2-3 years marketing experience in a similar role with an understanding of the Customer Journey
- Experience working with and managing external suppliers/agencies
- Still IT skills/knowledge: MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), Indesign
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Good influencing skills and the ability to liaise with key internal and external stakeholders at all levels
