Zoopla is one of the UK's most instantly recognisable property brands. In fact, we're known and loved by over 91% of the nation (and we're working hard on the other 9%). Our mission is to help the nation make better home decisions - by connecting everyone to their home and giving them personalised insights to help with moving, managing or financing. Over 50 million people visit Zoopla every month to access exclusive data and information on every UK property, search over 500,000 homes for sale and rent, find the best agents and secure the latest mortgage deals.
We're a growing, dynamic team that embraces innovation and isn't afraid to push the boundaries. We're only just starting our journey to redefine the digital property landscape, with much more to explore and achieve. Join us, and transform the way the nation makes home decisions.
The Role
An exciting opportunity to have a big impact, by delivering key campaigns and integrated marketing activations that spur brand and business growth with key audiences. Working hand-in-hand with internal teams (content, design, PR, customer experience, performance, analytics) and external agencies (particularly creative, media), you'll drive all areas - from briefing, to activating and analysing - steering the right decisions to achieve our objectives and KPIs. By rolling up your sleeves and building together with your counterparts, you'll be a linchpin in how the nation sees and experiences Zoopla as their trusted home decision partner.
What You'll Do
- Be the guardian of our marketing campaigns and activations, including a high profile sports partnership: owning the process from start to finish and mobilising internal stakeholders to support accordingly.
- Brief and manage our external creative and digital agencies to plan, execute and continually improve brand-led marketing and campaign activity
- Help sharpen how we show up as a brand, in line with the overall marketing strategy. You'll be the champion of this, working with external agencies and internal partners (product, design) to ensure the Zoopla brand and our key messages stand out with consumers
- Champion brand growth (Spontaneous Awareness, Consideration, Branded Search) within the business, partnering closely with internal marketing teams to ensure connected and impactful brand experiences across paid, owned and earned media.
- Keep stakeholders up to date, share plans and ongoing performance, consult with other marketing teams and input into quarterly/annual marketing planning. Partner with Finance to ensure our budget process and spend profile is accurate, up to date, and on target.
Who You Are
- You have a proven track record (4+ years) of delivering marketing activations and campaigns, whether that's for another consumer brand, within a technology company or at an agency
- You have an eye for impactful creative and you're thrilled by the art and science of creative cut-through as a medium for delivering brand growth.
- You have previous experience working with, and managing external agencies. You're confident interrogating and challenging creative and activation decisions
- You're comfortable working in a fast paced environment that requires flexibility and regular sharing across multiple workstreams, internal departments and external agencies.
- You're an excellent communicator - comfortable facilitating working sessions and delivering actionable, unambiguous feedback to keep projects on track and on brief
- You're proactive and practical, with a delivery-driven mindset and a strong sense of accountability
- You're comfortable with the broad suite of marketing channels (offline and online). You understand how it works and can connect the approach we take to brand and business ROI
