About The Role
Plenish, a premium plant-based drinks brand on a mission to help humans drink their way to wellness and we’re looking for a superstar brand manager to take us to next stage of our growth. You will be part of a culture that is highly collaborative but informal, champions initiative, agility, and creativity. In this role, the brand manager will have the opportunity to own the plant-based milks portfolio and provide support to other product categories such as juice shots.
This role is 12 months fixed-term contract.

hybrid working arrangements.
(You will be expected to spend around two days in the office every week - however there will be some flexibility. Depending on meeting schedules, some weeks may also require more than two office days.)
Our office is located in Exmoor St, London W10 6BD.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the growth strategy plan for plant-based milks including innovation, renovation and category performance management
- Translate our annual operating plan into a marketing activity calendar for all product categories (plant-based milks and juice shots) & be the owner of that calendar
- Develop effective communication plans for all product categories
- Work with sales and shopper teams to develop activation plans for retail, hospitality and e-commerce for all product categories
- Deliver Plenish’s vision: leading the business to deliver strong and category strategies, building excitement and commitment to brand plans
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure clarity and delivery of priorities and projects
- Inspire internal and external stakeholders by championing Plenish successes and highlighting
