Support the Brand Management Team for a 12 month maternity cover with information gathering on Wholesale corners and assisting the corners with their day-to-day needs – while acting as an Ambassador for Ralph Lauren and his brands.
UNIFORM ROLL OUT
Assisting with uniform allocation and rollout, management of uniform inventory all year round. Ordering, allocating and distributing 2000 individual pieces of uniform.
ADMINISTRATION OF ACCOUNTS
Monitoring funded staff reporting, maintaining and updating records of both staffing and account contacts. Creation and distribution of monthly newsletter and seasonal trainings. Monitoring the incentive pay outs and ensuring they are issued in a timely manner.
TALENT MANAGEMENT
Onboarding and introduction the brand to all new funded staff. Meet and Greet with all funded staff after a month of joining their roles.
RELATIONSHIP BUILDING
Visiting London accounts and building relationships to ensure that our accounts are covering and communicating vacancies to Ralph Lauren. Giving feedback to relevant departments to maximize performance of corners. Build relationship with funded staff members raising any critical issues which need to be escalated to the Retail Manager.
ELEVATION OF ACCOUNTS IN LINE WITH RL STRATEGY
Supporting the team for the efficient running of brand ambassador training, ensuring all stakeholders and funded staff have a seamless experience. Assisting with seasonal trainings for funded staff during the event and set up.
SPECIAL PROJECTS
Supporting the set-up and opening of Ralph Lauren stores at the Wimbledon Championships 2025. Collaborating with Wimbledon to build a team, train them to represent Ralph Lauren and ensure the success of the store throughout the Championships.
