LONDON (HYBRID)

Our events team play an important part in helping us to build long-term, value-based client and partner relationships.
THE ROLE
You will coordinate day-to-day administration of the Bank's annual event programme, and provide full events support both in person and behind the scenes to ensure we deliver a first-class experience.

We are looking to offer a salary of up to £34,000 per annum DOE. Based in our stunning Mayfair office, you can work from home up to two days per week.
What Your Day Will Look Like
- Assist the Events Manager and Senior Events Executive in delivering an annual portfolio of leading in person and online events
- Develop comprehensive event plans including function sheets and timelines
- Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with brand partners and suppliers.
- Ensure the completion of event follow up, debrief and analysis.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand event objectives and requirements.
- Manage event administration including table plans, name badges, gifting and recording dietary needs.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience working within corporate events
- A sound knowledge of Microsoft Suite, especially Excel
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confidence to verbally and in writing communicate with all levels of stakeholders, internal and external
- Flexibility to work late for events when required.
- A full UK driving licence would be helpful getting to events but is not essential
