Marketing & High-End Assistant
Location: CHANEL Head office, London
Reports to: Marketing Manager (TBC)
Contract: 12-month Fixed Term Contract (Internship)
Your role @CHANEL:
As part of the Watch & Fine Jewellery Division within the most creative and inspiring Maison, you will be working in collaboration with both the wider W&FJ team and the retail teams as of January 2025.
You will support the Marketing & High-End team in daily marketing activities and be responsible for key pillars of its implementation across a diverse array of areas: from product, client experience, reporting, analytics to retail support.
What impact you can create at Chanel:
CRM:
- Support the CRM Executive & High-End Manager by fulfilling data analysis and reporting needs as requested; client related BI extracts including trends, clients lists, clients statistics, prospects checks, client lists for local gifting campaign.
- Build EDM plan and prepare briefs for EDM campaigns.
- Support with adaptation, local printing and distribution of CRM assets.
- Update H-E client information on Ultimate Platform.
Product & Training:
- Support the Product Manager fulfilling data analysis and reporting needs as requested; product related BI extracts including trends, product launch impacts on category, top selling references.
- Conduct competitive product launch research and adapt global product launch sheets pricing lists.
- Support the Product Manager and Training collaborator to build the training plan according to business priorities and digital plan.
- Support on creating morning briefs and content modules for W&FJ and Fashion boutiques.
- Support High-End training programs: selection of monthly activity for Codes of High Society, communication to boutiques, collection of feedbacks and key inputs.
Event Coordination:
- Assist in the organisation of High Jewellery and Haute Horlogerie international events: invitations, client personalised itineraries, gifting, logistics and communication with external agency.
- Assist in the organisation of High-End and W&PJ local events: proposal of locations and activities, invitations, gifting, logistics and coordination on-site, creation of reports and follow-up templates.
- Assist in the development of the client treatment strategy: catalogue of local activities, social calendar, gifting recommendations.
- Research competitor events, suppliers & gifting campaigns around key calendar moments.
Operational Support:
- Budget support: coding of invoices & monthly follow up with Marketing Manager.
- Creation of new supplier accounts with Finance team.
- In charge of content translations received from Global on a weekly basis.
- Support with e-Wholesale & e-Retail website branding and social campaigns, updates and product uploads.
- Craft articles for the CHANEL internal communication platform to highlight W&FJ moments.
What you will bring to the role:
- Ability to adapt, be agile and remain solution oriented whilst keeping the business pace.
- Solid experience in data analysis (product, clients, trends) and PowerPoint skills.
- Experience in digital marketing.
- Have a strong proactive approach towards routine tasks and events coordination.
- Excellent computer and excel skills, accuracy, and attention to detail (pivot tables, VLOOK ups, etc).
- Proficient communication skills (written & verbal).
