Who You'll Work With
Leading a team of five to bring the brand to life in London and occasionally across the UK. Reporting into the Sr. Brand Marketing Director, Jordan EMEA directly, with dotted-line reporting to the Sr. Brand Marketing Director, London. Cross-functional work required with both Jordan EMEA and Nike London teammates.

The candidate brings a modern and inclusive understanding of cultural insights, marketing know-how, youth culture in London, streetwear, fashion and sport - focused on basketball and global football. This person will have a passion for Jordan Brand, a vision for the future of Jordan in London, and a willingness to learn and grow. Managing and developing relationships with both internal stakeholders with timely communication and strong collaborative skills. This person is a people manager who can create positive impact in the career development others, delegate responsibilities appropriately, and provide consistent feedback and direction towards shared goals. The candidate will have experience working with a cross-functional team in a matrix organization, demonstrable problem-solving abilities, critical thinking and courage to thrive in such an environment.
Essential Requirements
- Prior experience in multiple category/construct/city brand roles, able to define and understand the full spectrum of the city consumer, and a desire to better connect with them on all dimensions of sport (led through basketball and global football), streetwear, and energy (through neighbourhood accounts SNKRS, and catalyst relationships)
- Team leadership experience with minimum 5 years of people management experience, with prior management of at least one team of minimum five direct reports
- Proven experience identifying, owning and managing external relationships with individuals and sport organisations
- Previous experience utilising a combination of local data, insights and knowledge to effectively construct and drive a brand narrative
- Prior marketing experience in London and a demonstrable understanding of the consumer, the city and Jordan's position within it, with a track record of making strategic marketing decisions within this environment
What You'll Work On
You will activate the brand strategies for streetwear, energy and sport into city-right seasonal plans and activations to drive the business. You will take a lead role in bringing to life seasonal marketing initiatives that drive brand strength, generate revenue, and forge strong loyalty to the brand.
You will be responsible for leading a team composed of field of play dedicated and agile teammates who will be responsible for:
- Identifying the people & organisations that best align to our brand values and can best bring our individual Field of Play strategies to life. Then managing these relationships in a robust yet sustainable fashion
- Coordinating with the Geo Brand Management Field of Play teams to collaborate on the amplification of key Concept Map stories through on-the-ground executions. This can include but is not limited to pinnacle Jordan brand executions but also come through our wholesale marketplace in the form of on-the-ground partner marketing executions
- Gathering structured and continuous consumer insights to allow us to better serve athletes* on the ground in London and the UK through our key Fields of Play - Sport, Streetwear and Energy then feeding back these insights to EMEA/Global in order to help refine our longer-term strategy
- Building, developing, engaging and empowering the next generation of high-performing brand marketeers
