We are on the lookout for an
Assistant Advocacy Brand Manager to join us and be a key player in driving our advocacy strategy across a range of social platforms.
A DAY IN THE LIFE
- Own and implement influencer advocacy activation & engagement strategy in line with total brand strategy and calendar.
- Manage seeding campaigns across the care, styling and colour hair categories to support trends, key pillars and NPD launches.
- Lead and manage best in class advocacy events to drive engagements and Brand Love
- Identifying & building relationships with the right talent for brand love & seeding opportunities (experts, new faces & key SOI drivers).
- Manage & optimise seeding campaigns using IRM tool across the care, styling and colour categories to support trends, key pillars and NPD launches
- Support on total brand activations & key cultural moments
- Monthly reporting of SOI performance using MIM dashboards & Traackr
- Reporting of seeding campaigns and trip/event analysis
- Budget management across all relevant controlling lines
- Work collaboratively with the marketing and CDMO teams
Who You Are
- Obsessed with all things social with a strong understanding of each platform
- Have a grasp of UK influencers across top VIP profiles and new up and coming talent
- Aware of social trends and have your finger on the pulse of big cultural moments.
- Understand what it takes to create new and exciting advocacy moments and how to hype up viral products
- A creative soul but with an analytical mind who loves to report on key wins & share what is working & what isn’t
- Enjoy building relationships with talent and know what it takes to foster strong connections
- Have strong presentation skills and can present with confidence
- Have a creative eye with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast paced and demanding workplace
- Excellent team player and willing to pitch in and support the wider team where required
- Proficient at creating and maintaining an authentic brand voice across branded social media platforms
- Understanding of social media management and analytics tools
