We are currently looking for a Brand Manager to join our Fine Watches department. You will be the face of our iconic brand, driven by passion for our customers and delivering the best service. You will do this by putting customers at the heart of everything you do, building long-lasting client relationships and demonstrating exceptional product and Harrods knowledge.
About The Role
As a brand manager, you will be the face of the brand that you represent and be responsible for providing the best shopping experience that is unique and memorable for every customer that you encounter. Your excellent communication skills, product awareness and attention to detail will assist you in making the correct decisions as a Brand Manager.
Other key responsibilities of a Brand Manager are:
- Building long lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders across the business.
- Great product knowledge.
- Be confident when handling large and complex transactions.
- Drive trade through organising training sessions, overseeing client outreach initiatives and driving exceptional service standards.
- Ensure all visual merchandising is aligned with Harrods’ and the brands expectations.
- Maintaining standards in both front and back of house areas.
- Working towards targets and completing trade reports.
About You
With proven experience of providing exceptional customer service, you will integrate seamlessly into the Harrods way. You will be working within a fast-paced and unique environment, and so need to be confident with a composed approach to your role.
You will also have:
- A genuine interest and passion for Fine Watches and Harrods.
- An outside of the box thinking mentality, to surprise and delight customers with exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
- An a strong ability to drive a brands performance.
- Self-motivated and with a naturally curious disposition, you will be keen to develop your product and industry knowledge.
- Strong ability to work within a team, with the ability to work effectively as one unit.
- A passion for working towards sales targets, striving to achieve our group mission while continually learning and developing to achieve more.
- Experience within Fine Watches and knowledge of the pieces.
- An ability to engage analytical approaches in driving the business of your brand.
- Great organisational skills and retail experience to keep the shopfloor running smoothly.
