Scope Of The Role
- Ensure you supply plan to maintain supply of all finished goods & raw materials in your area, to hit target Service Level, whilst ensuring waste is minimised, accurately reported & under agreed annual target.
- Maintain inventory levels for your product areas, in all relevant warehouses considering Opportunities & Risks. Support with Traces.
- Conduct & support with service/KPI reviews with suppliers at agreed frequencies & ensure accurate forecasts are provided regularly where appropriate.
- Coordinate with the Demand team to plan for & challenge the live demand signal. Ensure service level and waste risks are communicated clearly through the Stock at Risk & Waste Forecasting processes.
- Assist in the stock reconciliation process at month-end to ensure all stock is accounted for and that variances are analysed & understood.
- Work closely with our NPD & Technical teams to help with the development of new & existing products as part of a project team.
