Are you an experienced account director with a creative agency background, excited to help us deliver exceptional creative output for one of the world's most beloved brands?
Here's a fantastic opportunity for you in the LEGO Group's in-house agency in London!
Core Responsibilities
- Partner engagement – responsible for building strong and meaningful partner relationships across the organisation, getting under the skin of what they are looking for, and understanding how to build trust in you and in the agency.
- Deep understanding of the business priorities and opportunities at a global, regional and local level, the market nuances, and the role of communications and creativity in driving growth. You are able to present strategic thinking with clarity whilst bringing a fresh perspective.
- Campaign delivery - as a partner to Project Management and Production you ensure the work gets out on-time, whilst championing the importance of craft. You will work across Brand, Product and Shopper campaigns, and build a comprehensive understanding of all of processes involved. Supporting Senior Communication Partner on large projects and running other projects independently.
- Creating the conditions in which great work can thrive – You understand how to get to the best possible creative work. You present creative ideas in a compelling way with a knack for storytelling, and challenge feedback when required.
- Facilitate collaboration across diverse teams
Please note the role is a fixed term of 12 months (depending on start date), and relocation assistance is not offered for this role.

Do you have what it takes?
- Solid experience at a creative agency delivering high profile work for international brands in either advertising or integrated marketing
- Experience working on Regional and Global accounts as well as market-specific accounts - Ideally including developing campaigns for France and Germany
- Brand and Product campaign experience and maybe also within Shopper marketing
- Tenacity and energy to navigate a sophisticated and growing global business
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn combined with a truly creative mentality from problem solving to team management and play!
- Always looking for opportunities to improve partner relationship and the work
- Being the voice that others want in the room - partners, creatives, strategists, and project managers alike
- French or German language skills will be considered an advantage
