Join Gopuff as the Head of CRM & Brand, where you will be responsible for strategising and executing Gopuff’s CRM strategy, including customer life cycles, targeted campaigns, and one-off messaging. You will also play a key role in building Gopuff’s brand identity and growing customer engagement. As part of the Growth team, you will report to the Director of Growth and work closely with teams across Marketing, Analytics, and Revenue Operations.
You Will:
- Develop, execute, and refine Gopuff’s CRM strategy, focusing on customer life cycles and personalised messaging across multiple channels (email, push, in-app).
- Lead the execution of targeted CRM campaigns, leveraging data and personalisation to enhance customer engagement and retention.
- Build and strengthen Gopuff’s brand, aligning strategies with the company's growth objectives.
- Use Braze extensively to manage and optimise CRM campaigns, ensuring a seamless and data-driven approach.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Growth, and Analytics, to drive CRM and brand success.
- Manage and mentor one direct report, providing leadership while staying hands-on with day-to-day execution.
You Have:
- Proven experience in a senior CRM or brand strategy role within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Hands-on experience with Braze for setting up and optimising customer communication.
- A track record of developing and executing CRM strategies that drive customer engagement and brand loyalty.
- Expertise in customer lifecycle management, campaign personalisation, and brand development.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategy.
- Experience managing a small team or direct report, with leadership skills to mentor and drive performance.
