Now, our members have access to shop from the best-quality beauty and wellness products (from the leading labs in France, Switzerland, Italy, Germany, Japan, Korea, etc) and get a bigger piece of the Beauty Pie.
So, what will you be doing?
- Organise daily priorities related to studio shoots (not limited to but including e-com imagery, 360 assets etc.)
- Assist in day-to-day activities, including (but not exclusively), organising photos, team meetings, coordination of materials for office etc.
- Supporting the logistics and operations of the Creative team – such as liaising with IT and the organisation of samples, studio/shoot space
- Collaborate with the ecommerce team to create project schedules, identify milestones, and track progress to ensure timely completion.
- Maintain an organised system for project files, assets, and documentation, ensuring accessibility and ease of use for the team.
- Monitor Studio budgets & expenses
- Support Senior Project Managers and Head of Creative Operations in the organisation of external shoots

- Prior experience in a similar role.
- A highly organised team player who is willing to get stuck in and help out where necessary.
- Someone with a keen eye and a strong attention to detail.
- Reliable with the ability to adapt to changing conditions.
- Ability to work under pressure in deadline-driven environment.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience of Microsoft Office and understanding of key Adobe design software is advantageous.
