We are looking for an experienced Influencer Marketing Executive to join our Team at Skin + Me. This is a hybrid working role with three days a week in our Paddington HQ (Mon, Tue, Fri) and two days remote.
About the role:
As a Senior Influencer Marketing Executive at Skin + Me you will be the channel lead and go-to team member for all things influencers, in addition to working across the entire end-to-end pipeline, from outreaching to influencers to briefing in and vetting content production. You will be an experienced project manager and a self-starter who's able to effectively plan and execute key projects in partnership with other functions. Your role will be instrumental in helping us hit our KPIs and ambitious growth targets.
The ideal candidate will have around 2+ years experience in influencer marketing, with a proven track record of campaign execution, and a solid foundational understanding of key marketing metrics, a basic understanding of other marketing channels will be useful but is not essential. This role will be pivotal in growing the influencer channel, from strategy to execution.
The successful candidate will be confident working autonomously and communicate well with others, across all management levels. They will be positive, energetic and ambitious, looking for an opportunity to take their career to the next level in a fast growing business.
What you'll do:
- Act as a channel lead and project manager; be the go to person in the team when it comes to coordinating projects such as new product launches, events etc
- Identify suitable Influencers via extensive research that will be a good fit for the Skin + Me brand
- Reach out and contact influencers to sell-in the opportunity of working with Skin + Me. Experiment with different messaging and formats of contact to see what gets the best response rate from influencers
- Negotiate best in-market commercial deals for each influencer to ensure we are getting the most cost-effective deal
- Coordinate with influencers/agents to sign contracts
- Coordinate with influencers to ensure that they sign-up and any queries are answered that they might have during the process and on receipt of the product
- Generate creative briefs to ensure content remains fresh, and clearly brief the influencer on messaging and creative format that is most effective for performance, feeding back when you think the content needs to work harder
- Manage closely to commercial KPIs including sign-up volume, CPA and LTV. You will monitor results and identify trends in the data that will allow us to further optimise our influencer activity, and use the available data to present your findings
- Continuously evaluate the end-to-end process and identify any opportunities to streamline it
- Work across a variety of channels including Instagram, YouTube & TikTok
- Work closely with the rest of the growth team to build out your marketing knowledge and help build a solid portfolio of growth channels

- Experience working with influencers, either in house or at an agency
- Commercially-minded and driven by hitting targets
- Strong, critical eye - able to create concise, top-level creative briefs and ensure they're translated effectively into content
- Confident negotiating with agents, and know your way around a contract
- Confident project manager, able to communicate effectively both inside and outside of your team
- A strong understanding of how to apply data to measure success. Experience with Excel
- Appetite for learning and developing both professionally, in a marketing career, and personally in a rapidly growing company
- You will need to be happy coming to our Paddington HQ three days a week - Monday, Tuesday and Friday. The other two days are remote
