The role
Pure’s Marketing & Partnerships Executive will be heavily involved in the promotion of the brand and be a pivotal role in helping Pure expand our audiences and reach more people than ever before. The Marketing & Partnerships Executive will be a hands-on marketeer who will represent the brand at our activations, so a positive, can-do attitude and a passion for delicious, healthy food is a must!

Main duties and responsibilities
- Supporting the Digital Marketing Manager with the implementation of brand partnerships to meet our strategic requirements e.g. management and delivery of co-branded activations for both B2C and B2B
- Responsible for the management and delivery of agreed activities with local partners/landlords partnerships e.g. Carnaby Estate, Network Rail, and specific audiences e.g. NHS, students for discounts.
- Management of any B2B / B2C sampling activations e.g. in shops, at events, or at Gatwick airport
- Management and delivery of B2B events & activities, including events such as regular sampling pop-ups for key business partners, running a stand at a business show (e.g. The PA Show)
- Support the broader marketing and B2B Sales team on ad hoc activations to help drive brand awareness and drive sales of our catering
- Shared management of social media including content and copywriting
- Supporting with awards submissions
- Identify and execute any opportunities to elevate our brand and drive sales
- Monitor the marketing inbox and action accordingly (shared responsibility)
What we’d love to see in you
- Previous experience in-house implementing physical marketing strategies at events is essential
- Proven experience managing and amplifying brand partnerships is essential
- Exceptional organisation skills are essential
- Strong Excel and analytical skills are essential
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Obsessive attention to detail and really caring about your output
- An organised and diligent marketeer that has the desire to thrive in a fast-paced environment, confident making decisions, and happy to get stuck in when needed
- Experience in hospitality, FTG, restaurants or food retail a real bonus!

The Pure offering focuses on healthy, natural and delicious food including salads, wraps, toasties, smoothies, and coffee. We have a number of sales channels: in-store, Click & Collect, our own catering delivery service and working with third parties to deliver our food.
This is a really exciting time to join our expanding marketing team, in a pivotal role which works closely with all other departments throughout the business. The role will be based in our Head Office in Moorgate, reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager.
