The Role:
As a Partner Marketing Manager, you will develop and execute marketing strategies to drive growth and engagement through our partner ecosystem in the UK and Europe. You will collaborate closely with our Account Management and Partnerships teams to enhance partner relationships and deliver impactful partner marketing campaigns.
Requirements
- Develop and implement a joint marketing roadmap with our partners to drive growth
- Create and maintain engaging co-branded marketing materials to be used for campaigns, across different markets and channels
- Work with our partner marketing teams to build trust and ensure campaigns are sent in a timely manner.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of partner marketing campaigns and propose tests / ideas to increase response rates
- Create and maintain playbooks, success cases and best practices to be shared with potential and existing partners
- Proactively research and identify new partner marketing channels and strategies to drive growth
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in partner marketing, preferably in Fintech, Financial Services or eCommerce industry. Previous experience in Account Management roles or agencies is a plus
- Proficiency in marketing tools and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp, Zoho, Google Analytics, etc).
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, both for partner and internal stakeholders
- Strong project management and partner-management skills
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
- Fluent in English. Fluency in German, Spanish, Polish, French or Dutch is a plus.
