About The Role
Our UK Brand Manager will lead the execution of the 3 year strategic marketing plan and the 1 year marketing activation plan for key Nelson's brands in the UK.
You will own the marketing activation plans for your brand/s in the UK, and partnering with our cross functional team to maximise growth.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the consumer learning plan for the UK - identifying current consumer perceptions, triggers and barriers to growth, and how to recruit new consumers to the brands
- Lead the marketing activation planning and execution - how to build brand equity and brand awareness, and deliver efficient conversion to trial.
- Partner effectively with peers in the wider marketing team (global brand strategy, product and innovation, digital, creative) to maximise the creative and commercial impact of marketing activation.
- Partner with the UK Commercial team to launch innovation with flair and commercial impact
- Develop shopper marketing and brand education materials that drive conversion to trial
- Lead the in-store POS process including working with agencies and our in-house creative team to deliver on executional excellence
Requirements
We'd love you to have
- Previous experience marketing branded health or wellness products in the UK, with some exposure to international markets and effective adaptation
- Previous experience growing brands in major national retailers is advantageous
- Digitally savvy with credible experience of digital marketing activation and/or ecommerce
- A challenger fast-growth mindset
- Interest in the natural wellness category
