BACKGROUND
EvolveYou was co-founded in 2019 by personal trainer Krissy Cela and fitness entrepreneur Jack Bullimore, with a dream of creating a global fitness community that would help women build strength and confidence from the inside out.
Learning from her own experiences, Krissy realised that both the gym, and fitness generally, can be intimidating for women who are starting out. She made it her goal to change that for the better. By fusing fitness and technology to create a platform that would expertly guide its users on their fitness journey, EvolveYou was born!

We have an exciting opportunity for a Performance Marketing Manager to join the marketing team in our London office, situated in Old Street within the heart of the London tech hub.
The role has great potential for an ambitious, creative problem-solver who can challenge convention and make an impact, driving data-based decision-making across both our product and marketing work streams.
Directly reporting to the Senior Head of Growth, this role is cross functional between the marketing team (the engine driving EvolveYou growth across the globe) and the product team (an in-house team split between engineering and UX).
About You
- Passionate about digital advertising and social media platforms, particularly Meta and TikTok
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for compelling visual
- Data-driven mindset, able to analyse and interpret performance metrics to inform creative decisions
- Strong communicator and collaborator, comfortable working with cross-functional teams including design, marketing, and analytics
- Enthusiastic about staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media advertising
- Strong understanding of performance marketing platforms, including different objectives, campaign types, and goals
- You have experience with writing compelling ad copy
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and creative strategies
What You'll Be Doing
- Develop and implement an acquisition strategy to drive new user growth
- Manage day-to-day performance of paid media campaigns across different channels, including Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, Apple Search Ads, Youtube Ads, Google Ads and more
- Analyse paid media performance and produce reports for senior stakeholders
- Ideate and brief high-performing creatives, encompassing UGC and community-led content, creator briefing, and static assets
- Implement a testing framework to paid media activities, from copy and creatives to audiences and budgets
- Build an attribution system to credit conversions to the right channel, triangulating results from multi-touch attribution, marketing mix modelling and incrementality testing
- Optimise key business metrics (conversion rate, download, sell-through rate, etc.)
- Ensure tracking is always following best practice and lifetime value is considered for different audiences when optimising campaign
Requirements
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Proven experience in implementing paid social campaigns
- Strong knowledge of different ads platforms (Meta ads and TikTok ads in particular)
- Good knowledge of web analytics like Google Analytics
- You want to be a part of a dynamic and growing business

- Experience with app analytics tools such as Branch, Appsflyer, or Adjust
- Advertising for a mobile app a bonus
- Basic Photoshop skills a bonus
