To support the Brands Team (Jewellery and Watches) with the administration involved with Brand Partners.
The role involves supporting Personal Shopper enquiries and briefs, assisting key strategic projects, and collaborating with team members from the Jewellery and Watch Business Units to prepare presentations. Responsibilities include managing brand partnerships through information sharing, storing, and updating internal systems.
The individual will oversee daily project management in the Jewellery and Watch BUs to help achieve sales and margin targets, as well as content creation and distribution.
Collaboration with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance is essential, along with supporting the Sales Team with product enquiries and marketing campaign shoots.
Administrative tasks include booking meetings, sourcing prospective brand contacts, and brainstorming new ideas within the Jewellery and Watch BUs.
Requirements
- Strong eye for detail and ability to have a strong sense of initiative
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced high-pressure environment
- A passion for the fashion industry
- Understanding of the fashion space / fashion brands
- The ability to create clear, structured, and visually compelling presentations - knowledge of Canva is preferred
- Proficiency in MS Pack Office, Internet searches and IG searches
- Use of keynote, email
- Ability to learn new systems quickly (e.g. Tableau, Shopper, Slack)
- Ability to create compelling jewellery/watch social content
