The Opportunity
Join MMT as our Head of Marketing, where you'll lead and execute innovative marketing strategies for our three service lines: Digital Experience, Digital Product, and Digital Transformation. You'll spearhead outbound marketing, support ABM initiatives, and enhance our brand reputation. This player-coach role involves playing a pivotal leadership position within the growth team, leading a dynamic marketing team, collaborating with internal and external partners, and leveraging the MSQ Group network to drive growth and attract top talent. Responsibilities:
- Develop Comprehensive Marketing Strategies: Craft and implement marketing strategies for MMT and our aligned brand, 26DX, to generate leads and drive business growth in line with our ambitious objectives
- Lead and Execute Marketing Programs: Serve as a player-coach, creating strategies and overseeing the execution of marketing programs and campaigns from inception to completion, leveraging the marketing team and cross-functional support
- Adopt Agile Marketing Practices: Embrace the MMT ethos of "Build Fast, Measure Early, Learn Often" to design, test, and evolve campaign strategies and lead nurturing tactics
- Drive Outbound Marketing Initiatives: Own the outbound marketing strategy, focusing on promoting our key services to key client budget holders through innovative campaigns that attract Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) in target sectors
- Support ABM Strategies: Collaborate with the New Business team to enhance the Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy through coordinated content and campaign plans
- Foster Strategic Partnerships: Work with the Partnerships team to create and manage joint campaigns, content, and events that grow MMT's business in collaboration with our network of technology and consulting partners
- Enhance Focus Lead Client Engagement: Develop targeted campaigns to engage key client targets, building strong relationships and showcasing success stories
- Inspire Internal Engagement: Engage and motivate MMT team members to contribute to our external positioning and reputation through engagement initiatives, award submissions, and company-wide updates.
- Evolve Marketing Collateral: Oversee the continuous improvement of MMT Digital's marketing collateral, including the website, thought leadership content, credentials presentations, and case studies, to build authority and credibility with target clients
- Participate in MSQ Marketing Council: Represent MMT Digital on the MSQ Marketing Council to advance MSQ goals and enhance the group's understanding of our services
- Analyze and Report Performance: Track marketing and sales data to draw insights and provide regular reports and recommendations that inform our roadmap and support business growth

This is a hybrid role with the expectation that you will be available 8 days a month onsite for client meetings or working from one of our offices in Leeds, London or Uppingham.
