As part of our exciting growth plans, we are looking for two Product Marketing Managers to join our team.
About the role
Working collaboratively with commercial, tech, partnerships sales, and media agencies, this role is responsible for translating product and customer understanding into customer acquisition plans that allow us to increase our market share via inbound direct and partners.
Key Responsibilities{{:}}
- Design, manage and execute (with agency support) customer acquisition plans using media channels that meet Bionic's growth goals (starting with PPC, Display and Paid Social).
- Be the voice of the customer. Conducting market research, competitor analysis, understanding market trends, and reviewing customer feedback to inform product and marketing planning.
- Use customer insight and understanding to identify new category entry points and channel opportunities to test and grow acquisition volumes.
- Ensure creative and messaging effectively communicates product benefit to customer jobs to be done and motivations, rolling up your sleeves where required e.g. ad copy / landing page copywriting.
- Work with the product team to align marketing activity to product roadmaps, providing real world feedback to inform optimisation.
- Monitor performance and continuously optimise the customer journey. Owning the marketing metrics and ideating and deploying a roadmap of A/B tests.
- Work with partnerships teams (and with partners where required) to optimise performance in-channel and in-journey, as a marketing subject matter expert.
- Work in tight feedback loops with the broader brand and marketing team, product, commercial, sales, partnerships and D&I teams.
- Own the media agency relationship for your product, leading them on the execution of plans, and working with them to 1. Define campaign architectures that enable growth and scale 2. Deliver forecasting, budgeting, KPI setting and performance reporting and 3. Deliver ad platform tagging and tracking

Requirements
You'll be able to demonstrate{{:}}
- Considerable marketing experience, working in dynamic and fast paced environments.
- Experience in customer first marketing planning and budgeting.
- A track record of delivering growth plans and results.
- You're a proven problem-solver with the ability and desire to roll your sleeves up where needed.
- Ability to interpret and action qual and quant research into marketing activity.
- An entrepreneurial and curious mindset. Curious about our customers and how our products can make running their businesses radically easier.
- Experience in Insurtech or Fintech desirable.
