We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Brand Marketing to lead the development and execution of our brand strategies, as we grow our retail landscape. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the beauty industry, retailer partnership, consumer trends, and marketing strategies that underpin both DTC and B2B. They will be responsible for driving brand growth, enhancing brand equity, and ensuring brand consistency across all touch points

The Role
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to drive brand awareness, equity, and growth across owned and retail channels
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of brand strategies across product development, marketing, sales, and operations
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights to identify opportunities for brand differentiation and growth
- Oversee the development of brand positioning, messaging, and creative assets to effectively communicate the brand's value proposition
- Collaborate with product development teams to identify new product opportunities and ensure alignment with brand objectives
- Manage brand budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and consumer behavior to anticipate changes and adapt brand strategies accordingly
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and influencers
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in brand strategies and processes
- Measure and analyse the effectiveness of brand initiatives, using data-driven insights to inform future strategies
