We are seeking a seasoned
Head of Brand Marketing to join us as we continue to scale at pace. Reporting to the CEO, you will lead the function (excluding Digital Marketing), from strategy to execution for our client base that spans from B2B to B2C. You will clarify the Ohme brand positioning, refine how we talk about our brand and products and fine-tune how we communicate with customers. You will create a marketing and branding machine that reliably delivers efficient growth, at scale.

What you'll do:
- Obsess about the Brand: Take ownership of overall direction of Ohme's brand and communication strategy and show progress against that strategy.
- Tell our story: Drive awareness with an innovative content management strategy. Establish Ohme as the consumer champion with relevant, simple and engaging content. With B2B customers, make sure our messages hit the right audience and challenge the status quo.
- Obsess about the Customer: Be the voice of the customer. Ensure that the customer is always represented and that everything we do is to build their trust, loyalty and advocacy
- Be ambitious and creative: Think big! Test and learn and find the path that differentiates Ohme from the noise. Be open to ideas, provided they are aligned with the Ohme brand and values
- Extract maximum value from a lean marketing budget; maintain a laser focus on overall and channel efficiency
- Define success and measure progress: Set the marketing KPIs and be transparent about what good looks like
- Lead a marketing team that is lean, yet cutting-edge.
- Improve sales enablement: Help us to craft high-quality, clear and effective sales collateral that facilitates sales
- Ensure Ohme's brand is consistent across all geographies while ensuring the messaging is tailored.
Who you are:
- 10+ years of experience (5+ years at managerial level) in fast-paced environments with marketing, brand management and content expertise
- Experience working in a high-growth, dynamic scale-up, ideally for a consumer tech brand; evidence of accelerating brand momentum
- Genuine passion for innovative marketing and branding
- Strategic thinker: Create innovative marketing and branding ideas and implement them effectively; willing to be hands-on in the delivery of campaigns
- Visionary approach to crafting compelling marketing and branding strategies
- Excellence in communication: Ability to drive engagement across teams; confident in consulting with, and advising, senior stakeholders
- Inspirational, engaging and approachable people leader
- Demonstrable experience of planning and executing marketing budgets that deliver efficient business impact
- Self-starter with a positive can-do attitude
- Global thinker: Be aware of how different cultures and countries are transitioning to EV
