UK Marketing Director, B2B
Limbic's vision is to ensure the highest quality mental healthcare is accessible to everyone, everywhere. We do that by building AI therapy tools to augment and enhance the capabilities of human therapists. We've already helped over a third of NHS Talking Therapies deliver better patient outcomes while improving clinician satisfaction. Now, we're hiring a marketing director to support our continued growth in the UK.
The marketing director will oversee our marketing efforts in the UK. Initially, this will mean using an ABM approach to engage and retain a fairly small list of target accounts, while setting us up for expansion into other markets and geographies. The ideal candidate will have B2B SaaS experience.. Bonus points for experience marketing into the NHS.
This person will report to Limbic's global head of marketing and will be a key member of our commercial team.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Own our ABM approach in the UK. Lead both the strategy and execution of targeted and custom campaigns to named accounts, aligning with sales on both operations and reporting
- Drive a content strategy that drives toward UK revenue goals, supports global SEO efforts, and positions Limbic as the most trusted AI for mental healthcare. This will include developing copy for our website, blog posts, and sales assets
- Help lead our martech stack. You'll be proficient in Hubspot and comfortable managing paid search and paid social campaigns. You'll also help manage our website, including spinning up landing pages
- Build and maintain dashboards to report on current marketing efforts and owned KPIs, and to unlock insights that inform future campaigns. Think: channels, sources, lead lifecycles, pipeline velocity, CAC, brand awareness, win-loss analysis, etc
- Become an expert on the NHS Talking Therapies, in particular, and the broader mental health market landscape
- Set and maintain a steady cadence of clinician interviews to understand their workflows and pain points, and seek their feedback on Limbic's products and features
- As the senior-most member of the UK marketing team, mentor and manage team members across content, design, and operations.
Requirements
- Previous experience leading ABM and lead generation—strategy and operations—for B2B SaaS.
- Experience managing events marketing—conferences and hosted events
- Ability to manage multi-channel campaigns using events; earned, owned, and paid media; SEO; direct mail; webinars
- Proficiency with Hubspot or similar
- Experience building targeted account lists, mapping buyer committees, and crafting messages to different personas
- Enthusiasm for working in close partnership with sales.
