The Marketing Assistant is responsible for supporting the Campaign Manager to deliver our calendar of seasonal campaigns including planning, briefs, deliverables and general admin assistance - included in this role is supporting events, PR & Influencer activations.
Operating under the guidance of the Marketing Team and reporting to the Campaign Manager, the Marketing Assistant will forge strong collaborations with all sub teams within Marketing & Content Creative. This collaborative effort is dedicated to aligning marketing endeavours with the overarching commercial strategy.
A pivotal figure in the team, the Marketing Assistant will additionally diligently support the delivery for Threads Media Service campaigns under the guidance of the Accounts Director.
Requirements
- Responsible for supporting the Campaign, PR, Events, Influencer & TMS calendar of events under the guidance of the Campaign Manager & Account Director.
- BAU admin support
- Liaise across the Mkt team & wider business to achieve delivery of all planned activations
- Work closely with the Campaign Manager & Account Director to ensure commercial insights are fully integrated into Threads' Campaign & TMS planning
- Work closely with the Commercial Editor and Social Media Manager to pull social analytics reports, as requested, to inform campaign & TMS review & reports
- Responsible for assigning and managing team workflow to align with Mkt calendar, identifying and allocating necessary resources, including team members, tools, and assets, required for each campaign & TMS activation.
- Responsible for creating a view of upcoming tasks on a weekly, monthly, and daily basis, extracting insights from various accounts, platforms, and project requirements.
- Responsible for all admin requirements to support - events - PR & influencer activations.
Knowledge Required
- Highly organised and able to juggle multiple schedules and deadlines at one time
- Creative thinker with solid commercial acumen
- Understanding of social media management tools for reporting and analytics, scheduling, influencer management and social listening to support the wider content team as required
Technical Abilities
- Native use of social media platforms, specifically - Instagram, Tik Tok, Snapchat, Pinterest, YouTube, Facebook and Whatsapp
- Excellent attention to detail, spotting errors and oversights quickly in content planning and resolving quickly
- Proficient in the use of Google suite
