Marketing Operations Coordinator to join our team
. Based out of our Central London or East Grinstead Office supporting the Fender brand.
About The Job
- Support the Marketing Operations function within the Fender EMEA Marketing team, providing day-to-day support to Marketing Operations Manager, global marketing and local sales groups to assist in delivering plans on budget and on time.
- Representative the EMEA region in the FMIC global organization, working with the Marketing Operations Manager to ensure that EMEA market needs are clearly communicated to the planning & asset teams.
- Contribute to the EMEA Marketing team’s input to the Monthly Sales Focus document, ensuring the retail network is up to date on Fender marketing plans and programs.
- Support the execution of Fender in-store & online retail support & visual merchandising strategy in the EMEA region.
- Assist in the retail marketing function to ensure that retail activity drives FMIC priorities and key messaging.
- Promote Fender & Jackson Academy platforms to drive retailer engagement across the region.
- Prioritize new product launches and work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure flawless execution across EMEA Fender retail & event activations.
- Execute global promotions and activations in the EMEA region in partnership with relevant functional groups within the wider marketing team.
This role may require occasional travel throughout EMEA.

What You Need
- Proven experience in marketing operations/admin
- Comfortable working collaboratively across product, marketing and sales teams, and with external partners
- Self-motivated, flexible with highly effective organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Able to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Workfront
- SAP experience very desirable
- Requires a bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing or equivalent combination of education and experience
