Role
We are looking for a Marketing Director to join our busy, fast-growing and ambitious team. Working closely with the management team, you will be charged with leading our presale marketing unit, which will sit between our incubation team and post-presale team. You will ensure that all the marketing and associated activities crucial to delivering our clients' target raises are successful; in short you will run our ICOs as part of a business pipeline.
Key Accountabilities
- Ensuring incubated projects can be seamlessly launched into an operating framework that will let your team successfully run multiple presales.
- Crafting and executing upon the marketing strategies & plans, which robust multi-channel marketing including: SEO, Content marketing, Influencers, PPC, Paid Social, Email and more
- Creating and driving a marketing roadmap based on the agreed marketing strategies to achieve the company's commercial goals
- Management of the presale marketing team, driving them to achieve success across multiple concurrent projects
- Creating weekly reports for the board including an analysis of the marketing metrics and an activity overview
- Management and measurement of marketing budget against agreed KPIs to deliver strong ROI
- Cultivating a culture of excellence and high performance amongst your team
- Staying on top of trends both functional and industry wise, to ensure excellence
Requirements
Essential:
- Hands on experience leading and working across a variety of marketing channels
- Successful experience of managing and growing a wider marketing team
- Ability to create solid and clear marketing plans to deliver the company's goals
- Strong understanding and experience in the blockchain or crypto industry, and experience working with ICOs
- Experience of launching and managing marketing channels and demonstrating success
- Strong commercial acumen, highly numerate and analytical
- Demonstrable experience of operational management
