We are looking for a hungry sales professional to join and grow our team as a Sponsorships Manager in London. The role will see them working closely with the Associate Director, Brand Partnerships Managers and wider team to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic outreach initiatives to identify and secure sponsors for key Fever Original experiences
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships (direct and via agency), ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and preferences
- Lead the creation of customised sponsorship proposals that effectively communicate the value proposition and benefits of working with Fever
- Attend client meetings and pitches, delivering engaging presentations to win sponsorships
- Maintain a proactive pipeline of sponsorship opportunities and meet quarterly sales goals to drive revenue growth
- Collaborate closely with internal departments to enhance Fever’s brand partnerships offering, leveraging cross-functional expertise and resources
- Ensure successful delivery: Oversee the execution of sponsorship agreements, ensuring all commitments are met in a timely and professional manner. Coordinate with internal teams to deliver sponsor benefits, activations, and experiential opportunities.
- Monitor sponsor satisfaction: Proactively communicate with sponsors to gather feedback, address concerns, and maintain strong relationships. Regularly evaluate sponsorship performance and provide reports on ROI and deliverables
Skills & Experience Required
- 5+ years of demonstrated success in a sales, sponsorship or brand partnerships role
- A natural ability to build and nurture client relationships
- A black book of contacts, both direct and agency
- Excellent presentation and communication skills are essential to effectively deliver proposals and lead client meetings
- An entrepreneurial can-do attitude
- A self-starter and comfortable in ambiguity
- Ability to think creatively and make data-driven decisions
- Skilled in crafting slide decks and written pitch materials
- Experience in event sponsorship (desirable, not essential)
