Hectare is an agritech business founded by farmers and engineers with a diverse, fast-growing team. We operate the UK’s leading online marketplaces for crop and livestock. We help farmers understand the market, compare prices and ultimately make smart, informed trading decisions.

The Role
We are looking to hire an ambitious Growth Marketer to help us rapidly expand our customer base and further develop our leadership position. The role benefits from significant exposure to senior management, reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer alongside two enthusiastic Marketing Executives.
Requirements
You’ll have all or some of these specific skills & experience:
- Broad B2B marketing experience
- Deep understanding of a range of outbound marketing activities (e.g. online, offline, events, CRM)
- Excellent working knowledge of key marketing tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Mailchimp/Salesforce, Canva/Figma)
- Highly data-driven with hands-on experience of web journeys & analytics, plus comfortable producing and reviewing performance reporting
- Confident in writing concise, relatable copy, as well as evidence of producing or commissioning engaging content
- Have created engaging CRM journeys and ad hoc communications - and optimised these over time
