As we tackle this ambition, we seek a Marketing Manager to join the Global Communications & Brand team to manage brand marketing and activation campaigns that strengthen Lime’s brand and reputation among riders, local city policymakers, key opinion leaders in our EMEA region. This role reports to the Director of Brand Marketing, based in New York City.
What you'll do:
- Manage brand marketing efforts for our EMEA cities, with the goal of driving awareness for the brand and improving perception of Lime among our core audiences
- Work closely with local Lime teams (operations and government relations) to understand marketing and brand needs for the region, develop strategic marketing campaigns to address local needs while balancing the needs of the master brand
- Own all aspects of integrated brand campaigns in our cities across offline, experiential paid and owned channels, including goal-setting, message development, campaign execution and measurement
- Project manage the localization and adaptation of global campaigns to be on-brand, on-time and on-budget
- Effectively work with our team (Brand, Comms and Creative) as well as cross-functional partners to create campaigns, collateral and assets that support a consistent brand voice globally, while appropriately localizing to the needs of each city and its riders
- Proactively identify opportunities that bring the Lime brand into culture
- Track KPIs and evaluate results of launched initiatives and implement operational improvements
About you:
- 5+ years experience working on integrated (multi-channel) marketing campaigns from strategy & creative development, campaign execution, media buying and measurement
- Experience managing multiple marketing campaigns, with channels including paid media buying and off-line activations, and experiential
- Proactive, detail-oriented, creative and high-energy team player
- Great instincts and ability to confidently communicate with and influence a diverse audience with diverse priorities
- Strong writer and communicator who can write creatively across channels, including social media, and who just “gets it”
- Able to seamlessly build trusted relationships across all levels
- Maintain cool and humor in times of stress
- You stay on top of culture, current marketing & social media trends and innovation
- Interest and passion to work for a transportation and sustainability focused mission-based company
- Experience working in a global company across time zones, with an understanding of how to both maintain consistency of global messaging as well as openness to understanding and applying cultural nuances
