Benefits
About Inkling Culture and Entertainment:
Inkling is a culture marketing agency, which means we bring audiences and brands together by making authentic connections to the things they feel passionately about. This provides a springboard for us to create exciting and effective campaigns that are grounded in insight. This could be positioning maths as a lifestyle brand to sell more Casio calculators to a gen z audience, as much as it could be about playing into the experimental palate of millennials for the latest craft beer offering from Guinness. It could be taking mindfulness into the kitchen to open up new audiences to Denby, as much as it could be about using the concept of rewilding to bring The Body Shop closer to a more ethical beauty consumer.
We execute our campaigns across digital (social and content strategy, digital media planning, social media management, paid social advertising), creative (branding, art direction, content creation, graphic design), PR/advocacy (media strategy, publicity, influencer/talent partnerships) and experiential (live and digital brand experiences).
Agency culture and values:
Our agency culture is as important as the work that we do. We cultivate an environment that is hard working but nurturing, that encourages people to be highly ambitious but always collaborative. We have four key values that we live and breathe at the agency, that are mapped back to SMART objectives and that encourage us all to care about everything we do together:
- I care about our business
- I care about my work
- I care about my clients
- I care about our team
Our clients:
We work across a broad spectrum of consumer brands, B2B and charities - Hitachi, The Crown Estate, Kooth, Yoto, Denby, The National Lottery, Arup, WWF, Sky, Women in Banking & Finance (WIBF), and Choose Love to name just a few.
