What we're looking for:
atis is growing and will soon be opening 5 new sites. As the sites grow, so does our team, and we are looking for a high-energy, TikTok savvy, reel-loving social media expert to join us! You will be responsible for bringing the brand to life across all of atis’ social platforms and creating an engaged, lively, loyal social community.
As Social Media Manager, we expect you to be up to date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. You should have excellent communication and management skills and be able to express our company’s values and mission creatively.
Key responsibilities:
- Drive business results through strategic leadership of our social media channels to build brand awareness, develop communities and drive commercial results. Ownership of the long-term social roadmap and alignment of company goals
- Working closely with our Senior Brand and Marketing Manager and Creative Director to integrate social content with overarching brand and product initiatives
- Recognise and predict trends or changes in the social landscape, contextualising the impacts and seeking new opportunities for the brand. Oversee social intelligence and measurement. Working with the central social media listening, analytics, and reporting team, own the social program impact measurement, optimisation, and intelligence approach. Ensure campaigns are aligned to the business’s objectives and goals
- Perform research + report on current trends and audience preferences. Reacting accordingly to the market and industry trends and ensuring reactive content is created and posted promptly
- Building the Atis community through social media. Drive community engagement, build advocacy programmes, and coordinate influencer visits and events, as well as partnerships and initiatives that engage consumers with the brand
- Monthly social media reporting and ROI analysis on social campaigns, determining the efficacy of campaigns
- Collaborate with other teams to support brand initiatives where necessary - such as our quarterly seasonal menu changes
- Supporting with PR, marketing and brand activations/events where necessary
- Plan and manage campaign executions, on time, on budget, to scope
- Experience with Influencer marketing and management. Ability to tightly manage comms and
- leverage the existing network to seek optimal partnerships

- Ability to influence - both as a leader/manager and cross-functionally
- Excellent knowledge of online marketing channels
- Excellent communication and people skills - you love collaborating with others and have a deep understanding of the atis customers’ needs
- Project management - ability to prioritise and successfully roll out initiatives
- A passion for copywriting
- A belief in the power of food and the atis mission/vision
- At least 4 years + in a senior social media role
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator, Capcut and Canva
