As Social Media Manager you'll be responsible for managing our online social media channels including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest and Tik Tok. You’ll oversee the publishing calendar and will be responsible for driving and managing engagement with our social media followers. You'll be working closely with our creative team, merchandising team, and will be a key part of our marketing team.
You’ll be working with a talented, diverse marketing team working as part of multi-channel strategies within a global structure. Strong leadership, commercial acumen, and experience managing budgets are essential.
You’ll also spearhead innovative campaigns that emotionally connect with new customers and enhance Saint and Sofia’s brand, particularly in the UK and USA. Collaboration with global PR, paid social, SEO, and external agencies will be key to amplifying results.
- This is a full-time, permanent position offering a hybrid work model.
- The successful candidate will need to be able to commit to 2-3 days per week in our Tower Bridge, London Office.
Your day to day responsibilities will include:
- Manage our social media channels with a focus on engagement
- Identify opportunities for increasing the engagement rate from our followers and to continue to grow our followings
- Using software tools to effectively manage the social media publishing calendar
- Work with the marketing team to coordinate activations and campaigns on social
- Develop contact strategies to realise these opportunities
- Analyse omni channel performance to drive profitability and future campaign investment

Your Ideal Experience
- Minimum 5 years + in a consumer brand /e-commerce Social media role with proven ability to deliver measurable results.
- Outstanding numerical and data analysis skills
- Experience in both Social Media Management agency and in-house is a plus
- Experience with project management and planning
- Reporting experience and data presentation skills
