Here at Liberty we have a wonderful opportunity within our HR team to join us as a Recruitment Assistant. Reporting into the Talent Manager this role will deliver the recruitment strategy and support the business so that it has the capacity to achieve its objectives and contribute to the Liberty overall business plan.
This role will predominately act as an accessible business partner to our Retail teams delivering high calibre candidates through a cost effective recruitment process, ensuring timescales minimise the impact to the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end to end retail recruitment process
- Source retail candidates via direct methods
- Monitoring and screening applicants
- Attend interviews and support hiring managers where needed
- Liaise with external suppliers to generate candidate attraction
- Maintain all recruitment adverts and other external job boards
- Handle all candidate correspondence
- Responsible for managing all intern and graduate recruitment and queries/correspondence

- Recruitment experience - ideally within an agency or in house role
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment, demonstrating strong administrative expertise
- Passion for working in Talent Acquisition with basic understanding of an in house HR function
- Exceptional organisational skills with sound ability to prioritise work loads
- Ability to build strong working relationships with key stakeholders
