CRM Marketing Executive
£35,000 - £37,000 per annum

My client is a premium beauty and wellness brand.
Due to rapid growth and expansion, the opportunity to recruit a Marketing Executive has arisen to enhance the customer’s online experience, with a focus on CRM and loyalty. The successful candidate will be a competent and creative email marketer, skilled in copywriting with experience of creating D2C communications within the beauty or wellness industry
Responsibilities
- Creates, optimizes, and maintains targeted email marketing campaigns in Klaviyo for customer engagement and retention.
- Manages end-to-end digital marketing initiatives across Klaviyo, Shopify, YOTPO, and Google Ads.
- Focuses on customer retention through loyalty programs and subscription models.
- Supports eCommerce Manager in daily agency relationship and task management
- Sets up campaigns in CRM platforms, configures automation workflows, and schedules launches for efficiency.
- Implements audience segmentation for personalized messaging.
- Conducts A/B testing to optimize campaign performance.
- Ensures data accuracy in CRM and monitors campaign metrics.
- Generates reports for campaign evaluation and improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role focused on CRM Marketing
- Proficiency in using Klaviyo for email marketing automation and customer segmentation.
- Skilled copywriter with the ability to create engaging, high-converting email marketing campaigns
- Experience working with Shopify is advantageous, including managing product listings, collections, and overall store operations.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights to optimize campaigns.
- SMS Marketing experience preferred
- Knowledge of A/ B testing methodologies to optimize marketing campaigns.
