Fable England is an exciting, fast growing lifestyle brand. We are looking for a head of Marketing or Marketing director, to lead the expansion of the brand, customers, channels and markets, and the unique creative marketing communications strategy and execution.
You will be working as a member of the senior management team, reporting to the managing director directly, continuously build and improve the marketing team and process/best practice, and deliver the planned fast growth for the next 5 years.
You will be experienced ideally in similar premium fashion accessories, lifestyle and home/gift sector, in dynamic fast-moving environment, and are looking for the next challenge and be part of something you can truly claim to have made differences.
What you do
1. Create strategy, and lead the implementation of the creative marketing communication, working with senior directors and all teams, for the story-telling of Fable England brand, across all channels. An exciting opportunity to create something truly unique.
2. Manage and/or coordinate the current successful digital marketing team, expand and improve all aspect including performance, affiliate, PR, influencer, social, collaboration.
3. As part of senior management team, contribute to the overall company and brand strategy and development, expanding to more markets, channels, customer segments and products.
4. Managing campaigns, events and teams.
What you have
1. Previous experiences in creative marketing, marcoms, brand marketing, digital marketing, and/or related at senior or mid/senior level, in premium fashion, accessories, lifestyle, travel/home/gift sector.
2. Proven track record of delivering results; delivered results under pressure, time/priority management.
3. Strong communication, interpersonal, organization, team and leadership skills or potentials.
