We’re looking for a brilliant new team member to manage our digital marketing activity.
You will have a real passion for all digital channels and how to use these to bring our amazing brand and products to life, reach new customers and turn them into loyal brand advocates.
You will love collaborating with others, able to bring together different team members and skill sets to collaborate on marketing activity, leading the process to ensure everything is planned and delivered efficiently.

You will have meticulous attention to detail, ensuring anything that goes out is the best representation of our brand. You will love data, continually monitoring the performance of all our activity, looking for the ‘why’ behind the numbers and trying to find ways to optimise everything we do.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the marketing calendar across channels, bringing together other people within the business to make this happen
- Ensuring our marketing communications are joined up across channels and working with the wider team to ensure the customer journey between marketing touchpoints and the site is seamless
- Developing and optimising our email marketing strategies, including setting the email calendar, email scheduling, list segmentation, automation and performance analysis
- Managing our paid activity end-to-end from campaign and content planning, through production, delivery, in-flight monitoring optimisation and post-campaign analysis
- Working with the wider team to keep abreast of our product offering, our Co community and our top-performing products and how this may affect marketing
- Overseeing our Holly & Co social media accounts on Instagram, Facebook and Pinterest, planning the content calendar, monitoring and optimising performance, working with the social media manager
- Working with a wider team on SEO to help manage the programme of work to optimise our SEO and ensure it is joined up with our paid activity
- Reporting on performance across channels, using data from each platform and providing insights and recommendations
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience leading marketing activity for a retail e-commerce business across email, paid media and social
- Experience running an email acquisition and retention programme using a sophisticated CRM solution. Experience with Klaviyo is ideal but not essential
- Experience running organic social activity across Instagram and Facebook. Pinterest would be great but not essential
- Experience running and optimising paid media campaigns in Meta and Google
- Experience analysing data from social platforms, paid activity and Google Analytics (or similar analytics software) to create regular reports & insights
- Understanding of the online customer journey and how this varies between channel and device
- Strong communication skills, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
Success Criteria:
- Deliver email marketing strategies that successfully and efficiently attract new customers and drive regular repeat purchases from existing customers
- Manage a programme of paid media activity that performs against KPIs, continually adapting and optimising it to deliver better return for the business
- Deliver activity across our organic social channels that brings to life our brand and our amazing products and inspires both new and existing audiences
- Build efficient processes for the delivery of all marketing communications that work for all team members involved

Salary range:
Will be dependent on experience - but as a guide £42,000 - £48,000.
We’ll also require some flexible hours and occasional weekend work to meet the business's demands.
