Role Description
COCOON.CLUB is hiring a full-time Digital Marketing Manager to join their team in London. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for social media marketing, lead generation, web analytics, and overall digital marketing strategies. They will play a crucial role in promoting the COCOON.CLUB brand and driving customer engagement.
As Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for defining and executing the marketing plan across member growth, retention & lifecycle. You will be highly data literate, analytical and innovative - brimming with ideas to drive key metrics of member acquisition, growth and retention.
Role logistics
There is one direct report that supports this role who is social focused so this role is essentially stand alone, within the wider digital team reporting to the Head of Digital. As a start up, our time together in person is critical. There will be one WFH day per week following probation, and the office is currently based in west london, however we will be moving to a more central location in October. Standard working hours vary for the team between 8-6, and we are flexible to accommodate schedules within that. As this role will also oversee events in partnership with the Member Relations Manager, there is an expectation to attend and coordinate evening events and some occasional travel to other regions.
The full time salary band on the role is £36,000-£40,000 and it is dependent on the experience of the individual. We are open to a four day week pro rated.
The role involves:
- Manage all budgets allocated for digital and performance marketing
- Coordinate and implement all digital marketing activity, optimising based on performance
- Manage & execute all CRM & email campaigns and flows
- Responsible for the marketing calendar and collaborate with the Creative Marketing Lead to generate on brand messaging and stories that deliver results
- Develop effective SEA and SEO strategies for both PDP and editorial pages
- Report on performance of all digital platforms including marketing and website and provide recommendations to improve cross-channel results
Qualifications
- 4+ years experience within a similar e-commerce / omni-channel / subscription role, ideally in B2C
- Experience executing initiatives across multiple channels including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Referral, CRM and affiliate marketing
- Proficient in Klaviyo and Shopify is a plus
- Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members
- Knowledge of luxury fashion and handbags is a plus
- Previous experience in a startup environment where collaboration is key is beneficial
- Excellent written and spoken English
