We’re looking for an efficient, multi-tasking, detail-oriented, UK-based Marketing Assistant who is a whiz at admin tasks including data entry, diary management and research, for a part-time, remote role at The Elements Music.

About You
• Whether you’re fresh out of university, or already have admin work experience, your organizational skills have always been legendary (i.e. you’re the friend who creates colour-coded spreadsheets and calendar events for any group holiday!)
•You’re familiar or have a keen interest in the creative industries
•You thrive working remotely but are keen to meet up regularly and participate in virtual weekly team meetings
•You’re happy actioning the key tasks and role requirements, but are also keen to develop and share new creative ideas and approaches to your role
Key Responsibilities
- Attend weekly virtual UK meetings discussing the week ahead, setting tasks and action points
- Attend weekly virtual company-wide production meetings to integrate into the culture and deepen your understanding of company processes, and our industry as a whole
- CRM implementation/management; inputting and updating contacts and consolidating all contact information within our database and mailer systems
- Experience in drafting copy for social content and press releases
- Awards submission drafts
- Original music PCAM document administration (will be supported)
- Project credits - Archival and active
- Additional tasks may include:
Agency and Brand research
Creative and Marketing brainstorming for social media
Qualifications
- Preferably 1+ years experience in a similar role and keen to grow your experience in the industry, or highly experienced and looking for a part time position
- CRM experience, or confident in your ability to quickly learn/navigate a CRM system
- Self-starter and self-sufficient working remotely and integrating with a team virtually
- Confident using Google Slides and other Google tools for business, including Docs & Sheets
- Happy to meet with the UK team once a month in-person and attend key industry events when required
