New & Lingwood is growing quickly. The customer is at the heart of our brand and this role aims to nurture our existing customers, while driving our new customer acquisition through our growth levers of: email, social, CRM, and successful product marketing. This role will full exposure to the marketing funnel and all levels of the business.
Growth Marketing - Creating and reporting on all email activities including email sends and flow management. Creating and reporting on organic social media activities across all channels.
Asset Production - Assisting in the production and delivery of all marketing assets (including photography, brand copy, store marketing materials, website graphic design needs).
Asset Organisation - Organising and being the point of content for all marketing images. Resizing and distributing marketing assets to various departments.
Owning our Customer - Driving business knowledge of our customer with a focus on driving repeat rate, CLTV, and reducing churn rate.
Reporting - Assisting in any marketing reporting.
Ad hoc - Ownership of all general administration and ‘ad hoc’ business projects in relation to marketing as directed including PR requests.
