Role Overview:
We are seeking an ambitious and creative Graduate Social Media Manager to oversee our models' TikTok and Instagram Reels accounts. You will play a crucial role in shaping the digital presence of our talent, ensuring their profiles are engaging, on-trend, and reflective of the latest developments in the influencer and fashion scene. Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation & Management: Plan, create, and schedule engaging content for TikTok and Instagram Reels, focusing on enhancing the visibility and engagement of our models' accounts.
- Trend Spotting: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, challenges, and viral content in the social media and influencer space, adapting strategies to keep our talent ahead of the curve.
- Community Engagement: Interact with followers, respond to comments, and foster a strong online community around our models' accounts to boost engagement.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to optimize content strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our talent managers and creative team to develop content ideas that align with the models' personal brand and overall marketing strategy.
- Campaign Support: Assist in the execution of brand collaborations, influencer marketing campaigns, and promotional activities across social media platforms.
