We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager / Marketing Head to lead marketing strategy, working closely with the Founder, COO and the leadership team to define and translate the brand vision into actionable strategies, driving brand growth and ROI. This role will be responsible for creating, developing, and implementing the end-to-end brand marketing strategy from the brand vision, and will oversee all marketing and communications, as well as working very closely with the ecommerce and digital channel.
Responsibilities:
- Full ownership of all brand – providing strategic oversight for creative direction, brand strategy, visual merchandising and social media initiative.
- Rollout the brand strategy to build brand awareness and impactful marketing programs, working cross-functionally with teams to ensure seamless execution across all owned channels, and with external partners.
- Develop and execute comprehensive secondary brand strategies across all channels (including digital acceleration and an omni-channel acquisition plan) to fortify brand identity and drive growth.
- Act as the brand guardian, enforcing adherence to brand guidelines across all marketing materials and campaigns.
- Develop and finalise Brand Book.
- Oversee all marketing channels, including: Brand, Product, PR & Communications, Trade (working closely with the Commercial channel), Social, Affiliates, Visual Merchandising and Point of Sale, Events & External agencies.
- Design targeted strategies by marketing function, including digital acceleration and an omni-channel acquisition plan.
- Develop and oversee the production of tiered brand campaigns and ensure global execution
- Create a global 360 calendar for launches, activations, key brand moments and events, along with the Founder, COO and NPD team.
- Develop the brand partnerships and collaborations strategy and lead this implementation.
- Oversee and negotiate brand marketing activations and placements.
- Full P&L responsibility for brand and marketing.
- Facilitate seamless execution of brand initiatives and campaigns through effective communication with internal departments and external agencies.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 8+ years’ experience working in a marketing function, ideally within the cosmetics or luxury industry
- An excellent and confident communicator with superb attention to detail
- Experienced managing own budgets and P&L
- Strong negotiation skills
- Adaptable, flexible and proactive approach
- Exceptional team leadership and a confident decision maker

- Existing, strong networking relationships across all marketing channels, including retail marketing teams
