Key Responsibilities:
Content Management and Social Media
· Write and publish blog posts on career, lifestyle, and membership topics in partnership with wider Assistant Room team and brand ambassadors.
· Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote various aspects of our brand with a focus on our membership platform, introducing new concepts and driving engagement.
· Support the production of TAR Live and other multimedia content.
· Develop, design, and distribute both non-member and member newsletters ensuring all content is engaging, relevant, and aligns with our brand voice.
· Monitor and analyse newsletter performance to drive continuous improvement.
· Schedule and create compelling content for social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook, constantly seeking new areas/platforms to focus on.
· Track and report on social media metrics to measure success and inform strategy.
· Engage with online communities and groups to foster brand loyalty and increase following.
Corporate Client Relations
· Support marketing initiatives targeting corporate clients and individual future members.
· Assist in the development of tailored marketing strategies for corporate partners.
· Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing corporate clients.
Partnerships
· Develop and manage partnerships with brands, recruitment and PR agencies to maximise media exposure and brand presence.
· Assist in creating, managing press releases and media inquiries for The Assistant Room.
· Develop and maintain relationships with media contacts and influencers.
· Work on joint marketing campaigns and initiatives to expand reach and impact.
Event and Community Engagement
· Organise and exhibit at conferences and events, both online and in person.
· Manage event logistics, including planning, promotion, and follow-up.
· Assist in creating engaging event experiences for attendees both online and in person.
· Engage with members in forums and other community platforms fostering a sense of community and encourage active participation.
· Manage member sign-ups and communications to enhance user experience.
· Develop and manage incentive programs to drive engagement and loyalty.
· Coordinate promotional activities and track their effectiveness.
· Analyse feedback and data to optimize future incentive programs.
Website and CRM Management
· Update and maintain the member area and general sections of the website.
· Ensure content is current, accurate, and reflective of our brand.
· Utilise CRM tools to manage member communications and engagement.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in marketing or a related field, preferably within a similar industry.
- Strong creative skills and the ability to generate innovative ideas.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for engaging diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and marketing tools.
- Experience with CRM systems and website management.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational and analytical skills.
- Proactive and enthusiastic with a passion for marketing.
