At the moment, we have a team of around 10 people working to deliver the events, so you would be joining a small and dedicated team!
We have flexible working hours and full time employees work 9 day fortnights.

The Role
We are looking for someone to become an integral part of our company and help us get the word out about our events.
Responsibilities may include:
- Managing our paid ads, setting budgets & monitoring performance (facebook, instagram, google, linkedin, twitter & tiktok)
- Growing our mailing list
- Managing and supporting projects relating to the growth of the company
- Writing mailers and monitoring performance
- Driving national and local PR towards our events
- Brainstorming new event ideas based on the data we collect
- Provide feedback to all teams based on marketing data
- Managing our social media, brainstorming content ideas
- Coordinating content shoots at our events
We are a rapidly growing, young company and responsibilities change and evolve quite quickly. You will be pushed and challenged regularly. You must be comfortable and excited by this!
The Profile
First and foremost we are looking for unique candidates with high potential and a genuine passion for our events. We have a marketing team in place at present so we are able to be flexible on responsibilities and change them to suit everyone's experience levels and strengths.
The successful candidate will be adept at problem solving, can work independently and can think analytically. It is crucial that they will not be intimidated by a lot of responsibility.
Desired qualities: (please don’t be worried if you do not have everything on this list, as training will be provided)
- Experience in paid marketing acquisitions (1 year min, essential)
- Ability to work in a start-up, results based environment (essential)
- A good understanding of excel / google sheets (essential)
- Experience with mailchimp or equivalent platform
- Experience with PR
- A keen eye for new opportunities & growth
- An ability to build rapport with new people & negotiate working relationships
- An ability to conduct research quickly and effectively
- An ability to communicate in an efficient and concise manner
- The ability to independently prioritise tasks
- Previous experience or internship in a start-up, high-growth, sales, banking or corporate environment would be a plus

- Assistant Marketing Manager £35-40k (including bonus)
