Labour Manager – Logistics and Trades & Labour – Leading brand name in the supply of personnel to the Logistics and Construction personnel are seeking a Labour Manager to oversee a team of resources delivering blue collar personnel to key construction projects across London and the UK.
A well-known brand name within the logistics sector, they provide services across the full logistical cycle, from pre-planning to site set-up, security, traffic management, delivery management, fire management, waste management and builders clean.
Labour Manager – Logistics and Trades & Labour, Key duties will include:
- Management of resource team.
- Creating an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
- Setting clear team goals

- Oversee day-to-day operation
- Monitor team performance and report on metrics

£40,000 to £50,000 + Bonus Structure + Benefits ++++
