Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program or project management.
- Experience in working with business data and analytics through dashboards or other reporting tools.
Preferred qualifications:
- 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience with data analysis and SQL.
- Experience working in a fulfilment environment.
- Experience in operations management, and third-party logistics vendor management.
- Experience in sales/operations management and strategic planning.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity in a complex organization.

As a Program Manager, Logistics, you will be expected to own the relationship with our Third-Party Logistics partners and ensure proper execution of all order related fulfillment, Value Added Service activities, inventory management, and ongoing regular performance reporting.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Order Management to ensure clean, accurate release of orders to the Third-Party Logistics partners.
- Review aging order and backlog reports on a regular basis to ensure that all orders are being released as expected.
- Coordinate with all required Value Added Service activities from labeling to reflashing. Partner and communicate with Cross-Functional partners as to status of orders and requests.
- Process disposition inventory and reconciliation of Third-Party Logistics inventory position with Google reported inventory.
- Review gStore support team (gUP) and Logistics CI Manager in order to determine areas of opportunity from a B2C standpoint for a given Third-Party Logistics.
